Yesterday Mass is a symphonic hard rock band from Finland. The group consists of two members: lyricist Iiro Kinnula, who has roots in the world of metal music, and from the rock world composer Ace Eshed, who has experimented with many genres throughout the years. By bringing these two scenes together, Yesterday Mass combines a core of hard rock with elements of symphonic metal and more, in an attempt to create a fresh and impactful sound that pays homage to the past while creating something new.
Yesterday Mass presents their new single ‘No Control’, which is part of their upcoming 13-track debut album, which is expected to be released in 2024. ‘No Control’ is an atmospheric rock song about accepting the fact that life is unpredictable and that both bad and good things happen to us that are beyond our control, and that we can trust that even when things look bleak, the future will eventually bring new opportunities and better days.
The track features vocals by talented Chilean singer and musician Fran Fuzz, and the musical production is the work of up-and-coming Azerbaijani producer Asim Rahimov. The track also features a string quartet
