“Forever” extends As Ide’s move into Afro House, shaped as much by chance encounters as by intention. The track began in Barcelona, where Spartaque met André, the vocalist, during a night at Pacha. Introduced by a mutual friend who was aware of the direction As Ide was taking, the connection quickly shifted from conversation to exchange. A few demos were sent, and André replied with a vocal that immediately set the tone. There is a lightness to it, but also a sense of recognition, a line that circles around the idea of two people moving as if they have always known each other.
