Michael Nove’lll is a musician whose story begins in the city of Savannah, Georgia. As one of seven children, he moved around a lot in different states due to personal and familial reasons. This is where he came to know music as a source of happiness and celebration in ways that were both healing and edifying. From singing as a child in the backseat of his parents’ cars, to perfoming in chorus from elementary school to his college years, then songwriting in groups, Michael eventually grabbed the reigns as a solo artist, where he began to grasp the production side of music and collaborated with artists on projects. The experience that Michael gained from wins and losses was hard won, not only as an artist but as a human being. There were periods in his life where he had no room for music at all, but like a homing beacon he always came back to it. Now residing in the beautiful state of Hawai’i where he has called home for the past 16 years, Michael Nove’lll presents two singles, “Never Had a Lover” & “Wife That Azz (Radio Edit)”. “Never Had a Lover” comes from his album, A Gen X’er’s Soundbite. The song is a passionately intimate track expressing a sacred bonding experience between lovers ingulfed in the warmth of sensuality and flame ignited affection for eachother. “Wife That Azz (Radio Edit)” is a vocally smooth, fun, passionate, flirty spring/summer vibe expressing exclusivity, with a touch of obsession. The visual style concept was in part inspired by one of the most inspiring and captivating artist performers of all time (Michael Jackson).
