Australian singer-songwriter Susanna Colley releases “Bring Me Home,” the fourth single from her debut album Steel Toes To Stilettos. The track confronts the urgent and often invisible crisis of missing people, telling a deeply human story through the eyes of those desperately searching for their loved ones. Moving from quiet longing to an impassioned plea, the song calls on anyone who knows something to speak up, offering a voice to families living in uncertainty and grief. Colley says, “Bring Me Home” was “a very emotionally challenging song to write and record,” acknowledging the weight of its subject matter.
She adds that she was “compelled by a sense of survivor’s guilt to be a voice for those who weren’t, for whatever reason, able to put up the physical fight I did that possibly saved my life.” Having survived an attack in her mid-twenties, Colley channels personal trauma into a powerful artistic mission. With raw vocals and evocative storytelling, “Bring Me Home” stands as a courageous anthem of empathy, resilience, and the unrelenting fight to bring people home. “Bring Me Home,” was recorded, mixed and mastered by Stuart Stuart of Analog Heart Records.
