A spontaneous encounter under the Mallorcan sun became the starting point for this unique collaboration. In the summer of 2025, Texan singer-songwriter Steve Carlson and renowned House and Deep House producer & DJ Claus Pieper met on the beautiful beach of Port de Sóller — and instantly clicked musically.
Steve Carlson, a successful artist known for his heartfelt folk songs and distinctive voice, wrote “Sail On” right there on the beach in April, armed with nothing but his ukulele and a head full of melodies.
What began as a laid-back, sun-drenched song quickly turned into something more. When Claus Pieper, known for his driving, melodic House and Deep House productions and energetic DJ sets, joined in, it was clear: this track belongs on the dancefloor! The result is a House anthem full of soul and sunshine — with warm beats, catchy grooves, Steve’s unmistakable vocals and, of course, that signature ukulele sound.
“Sail On (The Remixes)” comes in four versions: – the atmospheric Sundowner Extended Mix for warm summer evenings, – the compact Remix Edit for airplay and streaming playlists, – for those who like to really savor the vibe, – and the driving Extended Club Version for the late hours on the dancefloor.
