a chef to do when he’s over the smoky grills, long hours, family

some chase younger women, well Kane Vincent took the advice of a
Jason Isbell song to “find what makes you happy … and do it till
you’re gone,” picked up his old Maton, and got stuck into it. Over
the last seven years he’s lugged that guitar from pubs, to parties,
and festivals, but is no longer singing in the kitchen. A loveable
